Regina(TM) is a new dark sweet cherry bred in Europe and recently introduced to the United States. It is dark red with reddish flesh and sweet tart flavor. The large fruit is exceptionally firm and more crack and split resistant than most sweet cherries. It ripens late in the season about 10-14 days faster Bing and must be pollinated by another late blooming sweet cherry.
